Van Gogh Vodka was looking to refresh its brand for their evergreen communications and discover a new way to showcase their 18 unique flavor expressions. Previously, evergreen communication relied heavily on their signature unflavored vodka. With this rebrand, we created a custom set of expressive brush strokes, paired with a robust new color palette, and 3 flavor-specific tasting notes that all give a fresh look, unique personality and distinction to each and every one of their flavors. We also knew that the brand needed a flexible system to house all of these new assets. To accomplish that, we created a modular grid system that the brand can use to leverage as few or as many flavors as needed each time. From posters featuring one flavor at a time, to publications showcasing 8 flavors, to on and off premise point of sale material that could show anything in-between. Work completed as an Art Director while working at The Mixx.
